A United States Naval Academy graduate and Navy veteran, Terrence has worked in the industrial coatings and structural steel trades throughout his career, overseeing projects for federal, state, and municipal owners across Pennsylvania, New York, Florida, Mississippi, California, and the mid-Atlantic region. He leads all field operations, quality control, safety programs, and project execution at TJS.
Jim Fenningham

Jim spent 12 years in management consulting prior to joining TJS in 2023, including positions at IBM and Navigate where he led complex program delivery and client relationship management for large organizations. At TJS, he directs estimating, proposal development, client relationships, and strategic growth across federal, state, and municipal markets in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and the broader mid-Atlantic region, with a focus on expanding TJS's presence in new markets.
Danny weathers
Head of Operations
An Army veteran and Purple Heart recipient, Danny has over 20 years of experience in bridge and structural rehabilitation, with project oversight experience spanning federal, state, and municipal work at scales up to $28M. He joined TJS in 2025 as Head of Operations, responsible for project execution, scheduling, field coordination, and quality control across TJS's active portfolio. He manages the full scope of field operations - from initial containment and surface preparation through coating application and final inspection - and serves as the primary point of contact for field crews, subcontractors, and project owners during construction. His oversight is central to TJS's ability to perform consistently as an AMPP QP1- and QP2-certified contractor on technically demanding federal and state projects.
