Prime contractor. Washing and spot painting of structural steel on the Queens Approach Viaduct of the Bronx-Whitestone Bridge. Multi-subcontractor project executed under full MTA compliance requirements including waste management planning and coordinated access on an active, high-traffic crossing.

Prime contractor. Structural steel coatings on a county bridge replacement project in Chester County, PA. TJS scope includes surface preparation, full containment, and a high-performance multi-coat protective coating system on the new steel superstructure.

Prime contractor. Full containment, abrasive blast, structural steel section-loss repair, and multi-coat coating system over an active waterway. PADEP GP-11 compliant.

Abrasive blast cleaning and protective coating of structural steel on a 3-span, 147-foot bridge over Pocono Creek. All beams, diaphragms, connection plates, and bearings blasted and painted to a PennDOT-approved coating system per Publication 408, Section 1070.

Structural steel repair and protective coating on Greenawalt Bridge #32A in Berks County, PA. Scope includes abrasive surface preparation, containment, and multi-coat protective coating system application in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408.

Prime contractor. Full containment abrasive blast, welded section-loss repair, deck jacking, and three-coat epoxy system on a municipal through-truss bridge.

Lead abatement, full containment over active waterway, zinc-rich primer system, and bolted plate section-loss repair in compliance with PADEP GP-11.

Full building envelope restoration on a major Air Force installation. Scope included replacement of all exterior pre-cast wall panel control joints, wall expansion joints, window storefront and door wet seals, and mullion joints. Cleaning, repair, and painting of exterior hollow metal and louvers. Replacement of all exterior sidewalk, walkway, dock, and column-to-wall joints. Masonry and EIFS repairs; cleaning, painting, and sealing of all exterior walls, soffits, and EIFS.

Complete exterior envelope restoration on an active Air Force Special Operations Command installation. Scope included full removal and replacement of caulk at all wall fenestrations, backer rod installation, sealant replacement, and exterior painting of the full building facade.

QP1-required high-performance coating system on a major aircraft maintenance hangar. Scope included structural steel truss coatings, elastomeric CMU coatings, GWB painting, fire suppression piping painting, exterior silane sealer application, and full sealant replacement on the building envelope.

100,000 SF industrial resinous flooring installation across two Army depot warehouse and maintenance facilities. Scope included surface preparation, moisture mitigation, epoxy broadcast system, and topcoat application. Delivered to Army specification in an active federal logistics facility.

Concrete coatings, epoxy systems, and waterproofing across structures at the Horizontal Test Facility within a secured naval weapons installation. Work performed in compliance with federal facility access, security, and safety protocols.

Resinous floor coating renovation across multiple hospital rooms in an active military medical facility. Scope included surface preparation, moisture mitigation, and resinous flooring system installation under phased infection control and minimal-disruption requirements.

Prime contractor. Floor coating renovation within an active Army depot facility in northeastern Pennsylvania. Scope included surface preparation and resinous coating system installation completed within operational constraints and federal facility protocols.

Noise barrier staining along the RT 295 corridor in Lawrence Township, NJ. Scope includes surface preparation and application of protective stain system to highway noise walls.

Prime contractor. Structural steel coating and surface preparation on a multi-level commercial parking garage. Scope included power tool cleaning, containment, epoxy mastic primer and intermediate coats, and polyurethane topcoat on exposed structural steel framing.

Prime contractor. Structural steel repair and epoxy mastic coating system on exterior steel stairways at a commercial facility in the Philadelphia suburbs. Scope included power tool cleaning, spot repairs, epoxy mastic prime coat, and finish coat on multiple stair structures.

Commercial interior painting at a multi-unit residential facility in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. Scope included surface preparation, prime coat, and finish coat application on interior walls and surfaces throughout common areas and residential units.

73,000 SF exterior coating application on a commercial facility in Allentown, PA. Full surface preparation and multi-coat system over a large building envelope.

Interior painting and flooring scope within an active military medical laboratory facility. Scope included wall preparation, patching, prime and finish coats, metal door painting, wallpaper removal, carpet tile replacement, chair rail reinstallation, and full protection of adjacent surfaces and furnishings.

Prime contractor. Abrasive blast and two-coat epoxy mastic coating of three interior test chambers, each approximately 12x20x16 feet, at an active Navy research facility. All surfaces blasted to SSPC-SP10 near-white metal. Two-part epoxy mastic applied at 8-10 mils DFT total with full dust mitigation and containment.

Intumescent and protective marine coating system on waterfront dock structures including bearing piles, sheet piles, structural steel framing, handrails, hawser rails, and mooring bollards. Carboline marine-grade system applied to SSPC-SP6 and SSPC-SP10 surface preparation standards with full tidal zone pollution controls.

Exterior painting of all wood surfaces at historic Quarters M7, 1321 Admiral Peary Way within the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Scope included power washing, hand tooling to remove loose coatings, lead paint assessment and remediation, minor wood repairs, prime coat and two finish coats using Benjamin Moore Regal Select Exterior system.

Exterior painting of all wood surfaces at the historic Chapel of the Four Chaplains, 1201 Constitution Ave., Philadelphia Navy Yard. Scope included all columns, steeple structure, power washing, lead paint identification and remediation, minor wood repairs, and a full prime and two-coat finish system using Benjamin Moore Regal Select Exterior.
