Thomas Joseph Solutions, Inc. — Internal QuickBooks Integration

This application ("TJ$") is used internally by Thomas Joseph Solutions, Inc. ("TJS") and accesses only TJS's own QuickBooks Online company data.

What data is accessed: Credit card transaction records, chart of accounts, and customer/project lists within TJS's QuickBooks Online company, for the purpose of coding transactions to jobs.

How data is stored: Authentication credentials are stored securely on TJS-controlled servers and are never exposed to end users or third parties. Transaction data is not duplicated or stored outside QuickBooks Online except for a limited internal audit log of coding actions.

Data sharing: No data is sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party. Data is used exclusively for TJS's internal accounting and job-costing purposes.

Access: Only authorized TJS personnel may access this application.
